Your personalized report presents your HbA1c result together with the outcome of your lifestyle assessment, helping you better understand how your diet and everyday habits may be reflected in your test results. Based on your results and questionnaire responses, you receive result-based guidance on diet, physical activity and other lifestyle choices to support informed decisions about your daily routine. Zinzino HBA1C Test
Тестът е разделен на две основни части. First, the actual measurement is performed using an easy at-home, laboratory-analyzed test for analyzing the long-term blood sugar level (HbA1c) found in capillary blood obtained from a fingertip using the Dried Blood Spot (DBS) technique. This technique has been shown to correlate with venous blood sampling when validated for HbA1c analysis. All it requires is a few drops of blood on a filter paper and it takes less than a minute to complete. The blood will then be analyzed by VITAS Analytical Services in Norway, an independent laboratory with extensive experience in chromatographic analysis. The Hemoglobin A1c test that we use to measure the long-term blood sugar level analyzes the amount of A1c, a form of hemoglobin with glucose attached. The higher the amount of blood glucose (blood sugar) on average, the more glucose attaches to hemoglobin. It is represented as a unit of measurement in mmol/mol (millimoles per mole) which has been the standard measurement for HbA1c since 2009. The result is then categorized in one of 4 different reporting ranges used in the report:

Как да използвате
Извършване на теста
1. Zinzino Тестът е одобрен инвитро диагностичен продукт за вземане на лични кръвни проби у дома.

2. Take out the sample card from the paper envelope.
Запазете плика за по-късна употреба.
Tear off the SAVE part on the sample card and take a picture of the test ID. You can only see your test result with your anonymous test ID. Поставете картата с двата кръга, обърнати нагоре, на масата.
3. Stimulate blood flow by making big circles with your arm or shaking the hand downwards for 20 seconds.
4. Извадете ланцета за еднократна употреба. Свалете прозрачната предпазна капачка и ланцетът е готов за употреба.

Place the lancet against the lower part of the fingertip facing the collection paper on the table. Натиснете горната част на ланцета към пръста, докато чуете щракване. Ланцетът автоматично ще направи малко убождане в пръста.

Leave the sample card in a horizontal position at room temperature for at least 10 minutes for the samples to dry well.
7. Insert the sample card back into the paper envelope. Then place the paper envelope into the metal bag and close it.
Важно: Не изваждайте пакетчето с изсушител от металната торбичка.

9. The next step is to answer the questionnaire by logging in with your annonymous test ID. To answer all the questions, you need to have access to a measuring tape, and previous Balance and/or витамин D test IDs if applicable.

• Place a measuring tape around your middle, just above the belly button.
• Make sure it’s pulled tight, but isn’t digging into your skin.
• Breathe out naturally and take your measurement.
• Take your measurement again, just to be sure.
Tip!
If you do not have a measuring tape, use a piece of string in the same way, then measure the string with a yardstick.

7. Insert the sample card back into the paper envelope. Then place the paper envelope into the metal bag and close it.
